Ups 'n Downs

Ups 'n Downs is a 1931 Looney Tunes cartoon starring Bosko.

Plot[edit | edit source]

Bosko is running a hot dog stand at an amusement park. He sells a hot dog to a dog that goes bow-wow, but when the dog is about to eat it, the hot-dog cries, "Mammy" (Imitating Al Jolson). The dog then replies, "Sonny Boy"! The dog and the hot dog end up kissing and skipping because they joyfully reunited. Bosko sneaks away from his hot-dog duties, because he wants to complete as a jockey at the nearby racetrack. Bosko's horse happens to be mechanical, but thanks to some quick thinking, he'll be able to get an edge over his competition.
